POLICY

  • Renter must be 18 years or older. Minimum age to drive is 14 years old with rental agreement & liability waiver signed by parent or legal guardian. Drivers must complete Boaters Certificate course.

  • Valid photo ID & credit card are required for any reservation. Credit card will not be charged unless any damage occurs. Cardholder must sign credit card authorization form included in rental agreement. 

  • Reservations can be made by phone call or text message and require a 50% down payment. No reservation will be guaranteed without payment.

  • Waiver & rental agreement must be signed and completed before departure time (find attached in your booking confirmation) 

  •  if you are born after 1987 you will need a Florida Temp Boaters license.  Feel free to get one here: https://boattests101.com/united-states/florida/florida-rental

  • No shows will be taken as cancellations incurring in a loss of your booking deposit.

  • Cancellations are only refunded if you cancel two hours after booking. Please call us to discuss your reservation rescheduling  or cancellation.

  • We offer to reschedule in case of unsafe weather conditions which include: raining or thunderstorms.  Every effort will be made to reschedule your reservation during your stay. *PLEASE NOTE: Client must communicate with our customer service team in the event any of these weather conditions occur and must receive confirmation about weather conditions at our location in order to have reservation rescheduled or refund. In many areas, the weather can take a turn for the worse in a matter of minutes. One moment the sun could be shining brightly, and the next there could be strong winds bringing in dark clouds with lightning and hail ready to be released.

  • Maximum jet ski weight capacity is 400 lbs.

  • We don’t allow pregnant women to drive or ride jet skis.  (Extreme sports are prohibited during the entire course of the pregnancy). We highly advise contacting your doctor before doing this activity if you have any other health condition like back or heart problems.
